hoz-gui software package provides file splitter that uses the hacha file format, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hoz-gui
hoz-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hoz-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hoz-gui *
You will get with hoz-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
